Azriel will briefly introduce herself and the powerful practice you will get to experience.
Pre-requisite:
This practice requires a good understanding of the fundamentals of breathwork and proper mind-body connection. Azriel will demonstrate proper abdominal breathing to ensure you are safely practicing this powerful technique.
BONUS: Warm-up & movement practice
The diaphragm (your main breathing muscle) needs to be warmed up just like a bicep would before exercise. In this movement based activity, you will warm up the body, muscles, and increase circulation.

In this video Azriel will explain what you can expect to experience during this breath based practice. You will learn the physical, mental & emotional components, as well as how to support yourself after the practice. She will then explain and demonstrate how to properly do the technique.
